Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep expertise across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, integration, and architecture experience and have a proven track record delivering enterprise marketing automation solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud products including SFMC, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, Interaction Studio, and Customer 360 Audiences.

Develop and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation solutions.

Design integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise applications using web services and related technologies.

Define systems strategy, gather requirements, create solution designs, develop prototypes, support testing, and assist with training efforts.

Apply enterprise architecture, security, and integration design principles to scalable marketing solutions.





Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including:

Journey Builder

Email Studio

Interaction Studio

Audience Studio

Advertising Studio

Datorama

Pardot

Advanced understanding of:

Marketing automation technologies

SFMC ecosystem and data models

Common integrations and third‑party technology solutions

Experience with Salesforce platform technologies including:

Service Cloud

Force.com Platform

Prior experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer.

Solid understanding of integration and security design principles.

Experience working in Agile project environments.

Solid hands‑on experience with:

HTML

CSS

In‑depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and limitations.

Experience using web services and enterprise data integration technologies.

Certifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred, ideally including:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
