As a part time Lifeguard, you will promote safety and enforce pool rules, ensuring a clean and enjoyable space for visitors. With about 2-3 shifts weekly, your role involves customer service, assisting guests, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the pool. This position requires active engagement with patrons for an enhanced experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain pool safety and enforce related rules
• Keep facilities clean, including the lobby and change rooms
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide resort information
• Organize pool equipment and deck chairs
• Document any maintenance needs or damages
Requirements:
• NL Certification is required
• Current First Aid with CPR ‘C’ certification needed
• Prior customer service experience necessary
• Minimum age of 15 as per Ontario laws
• Partial high school education required
