Key Responsibilities:



• Implement strategies for management exclusions and essential services • Represent PSAC in arbitration and negotiations • Analyze job classifications for legitimate exclusion applications • Research legislation and apply jurisprudence • Create accessible communications for members regarding legal principles

Requirements: • Extensive knowledge of labour law and negotiations • Bilingual proficiency in French and English • Experience in alternative dispute resolution methods • Familiar with MSOffice and PSAC’s internal processes • Commitment to social justice and union principles
