In this permanent, full-time position, you will lead the clinical and operational strategies for a newly established hospice facility. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, you will deliver quality, compassionate care tailored to the needs of residents and their families. Your leadership will emphasize cultural humility while ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations at the 10-suite hospice residence
• Champion evidence-based, compassionate hospice care




• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coaching initiatives
• Manage resources effectively for optimal operations
• Support quality improvement and clinical standards enforcement
Requirements:
• RN registration in good standing with CNO
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
• Five years of relevant clinical leadership experience
• Solid understanding of Indigenous healthcare practices
• Expertise in quality improvement initiatives
