In this position, you will support daily operations of Heeman's Cellar under the guidance of the Fermentation and Production Manager. As a Production Associate, you will assist with beverage production tasks like racking, filtering, and organizing supplies. Be part of a dedicated team in a busy, family-owned cidery that values quality and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with fermentation processes for beverages
• Operate and maintain production equipment safely
• Support the movement of ingredients and supplies




• Conduct inventory counts and maintain workspace organization
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a cidery or brewery
• Excellent time management and adaptability skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with forklifts and working at heights preferred
• Capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs
