Job Description What is the Chance? As a Global Mobility Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Global Mobility Centre of Expertise comprised of Relocation Management, Immigration, and Mobility Tax. The team supports RBC’s global businesses that have mobile employees within North America, the Caribbean, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific. You’ll provide relocation advisory and operational support for global employee transfers across US, Canada, UK, Europe, Caribbean and Asia Pacific. You’ll directly impact employee experience at scale, serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and executives, and have a voice in shaping relocation management practices. This role combines hands‑on expertise with strategic influence—balancing policy compliance, employee needs,



and business objectives while championing process improvements and emerging technologies to drive cost optimization and accelerated delivery. As a key member of the Total Rewards Delivery function, you will ensure compliance and operational efficiency at every stage of the mobility lifecycle.
