As a Plant Performance Specialist, you will work with the Performance Team to monitor plant performance metrics and implement best practices for continuous improvement. Your insights into data analysis and operational routines will help drive improvements in production and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support CAPEX projects and lead follow-up actions • Manage dashboards and identify performance deviations • Assist in training teams on Operational Excellence tools • Report on production losses and improvement-heavy areas • Promote relevant data usage for informed decision-making

Requirements: • Education in Engineering, Operations, or Business • 1-3 years of experience in process improvement • Understanding of Lean principles and TPM concepts • Hands-on experience with data analytics is a plus • Lean Six Sigma training preferred
