You're expected to work closely with Manufacturing and technical teams to solve production issues and boost manufacturability. Your hands-on approach will allow you to investigate product concerns and provide practical solutions based on warranty data and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop current variants within existing product lines
• Troubleshoot issues affecting production and assembly
• Investigate root causes and collaborate with Engineering




• Support validation and update product documentation
• Analyze field trends to drive corrective actions
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity with technical drawings and change processes
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and root-cause analysis
