Key Responsibilities:
• Manage insurance claims and construction project services • Develop scopes of repairs and monitor site activity • Assess Building Code compliance with expert recommendations • Create and implement competitive tender packages • Act as the main contact for project stakeholders
Requirements: • Background in restoration, insurance, or construction management • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field • Professional certifications like CIP or PQS preferred • Motivated to work out of town in Western Canada as needed • Strong delegation skills to ensure project deliverables
