• Develop texture and lighting solutions to support vision
• Review scripts, lighting masters, and provide feedback




• Mentor and guide Lighting & Comp artists
• Collaborate on workloads, schedules, and staffing
Requirements:
• 6+ years in lighting and compositing for CG animation
• Robust portfolio showcasing visual storytelling
• Advanced proficiency in Maya and Arnold
• Experience with collaboration in distributed teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
