A career as a Technical Advisor in the Transactions and Specialized Products team within Capital Markets at National Bank means acting as an operational and legal support specialist in the structured products space. In this role, you can have a tangible impact through your experience in project coordination, document management, and support of regulatory activities.Your roleCoordinate the various stages involved in the implementation of structured products, including documentation management and follow-ups with internal and external partnersOptimize processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of structured product activitiesSupport continuous disclosure requirements by preparing and maintaining required documentationProduce and adapt a variety of technical and legal reports and documentsCollaborate closely with internal teams, including financial engineering specialists, to ensure high-quality deliverablesYour teamWithin the Transactions and Specialized Products sector, you are part of a team of 14 colleagues and report to the Senior Director.
