We are hiring two Relief Youth Workers who can foster positive relationships with youth. This position embraces values like accountability and responsiveness while engaging with residents in a supportive manner. You will work on an on-call basis, with varying shifts based on community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build positive rapport with youth by being non-judgmental
• Oversee the residential program and respond to emerging issues
• Engage in meaningful activities with youth for support
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
• Complete documentation and assist with administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum C.Y.W. or S.S.W. diploma
• Minimum of 1-year experience with homeless youth
• Knowledge of residential service environments is an asset
• Willingness to work flexible overnight hours
• Mandatory First Aid/CPR certification
