You will be responsible for building the operational framework that will drive customer health monitoring and digital engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Gainsight CS technical owner and primary administrator • Develop automated communication strategies using Journey Orchestrator • Partner with stakeholders to establish scalable Gainsight workflows • Manage customer health signals with Rules Engine configurations • Ensure platform governance and documentation standards are met
Requirements: • 3+ years in Gainsight administration and configuration roles • Strong expertise in Journey Orchestrator and automation • Experience with Salesforce CRM and data integration • Skilled in troubleshooting and data management techniques • Familiarity with Customer Success metrics and workflows
