This full time term position is ideal for an experienced Imaging Research Specialist with a robust background in medical imaging data and project leadership. You'll be responsible for designing and automating advanced imaging data processing pipelines, while collaborating across multiple institutional partners. Elevate the standards of imaging research while ensuring compliance with health-research ethics and patient data privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and automate workflows for retrieving and storing imaging data • Manage technical projects across various healthcare settings • Write and maintain high-quality Python code for automation • Establish and secure an XNAT-based imaging repository • Engage with stakeholders to meet project deliverables
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years relevant experience • Expertise in Python and DICOM standards • Demonstrated project coordination across multiple teams • Familiarity with hospital and research IT environments • Strong understanding of privacy and security protocols
