As a key member of the Clinical Rehabilitation Evaluation Unit, you will use your two to three years of psychiatric nursing experience to support patients in achieving their health goals. You are expected to demonstrate excellent assessment, critical thinking, and intervention skills while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assess patients using mental status exams • Develop and implement personalized health teaching • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care • Monitor compliance with legislations like the Mental Health Act • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements: • Valid Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario • Basic Life Support certification required • Proven experience with therapeutic communication • Class G license with a clean driver’s abstract • Bilingual in English and French, preferred
