WestUrban is searching for an Area Manager to enhance community living across our properties. In this full-time position, you will manage on-site staff, respond to tenant needs, and ensure property conditions are maintained. Flexibility is essential, as evening and weekend work may be necessary to accommodate various situations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assess and resolve tenant issues swiftly • Manage daily operations for multiple properties • Supervise Building Managers and maintenance staff • Conduct regular inspections of properties • Enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements: • Minimum two years in property management • Experience managing multiple properties preferred • Strong skills in organization and communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
