Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor Peer Mentors regularly • Coordinate team meetings and training sessions • Develop and evaluate peer support services • Monitor adherence to organizational policies • Provide direct peer support as needed

Requirements: • Education in Social Services or related discipline • 2-3 years of experience in peer support • Leadership experience essential • Proficiency in communication and data documentation • Reliable transportation for travel
