Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations • Supervise daily operations and mentor team members • Conduct pre-shift safety and operational meetings • Plan and coordinate mining equipment usage • Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation

Requirements: • Proven experience as a development shift supervisor • Valid BC ShiftBoss certification required • First Aid certification and Driver’s License needed • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
