Weyburn Community Health Services is searching for a qualified Public Health Inspector for a permanent role. Your Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health will enable you to exercise independent judgment across a range of public health initiatives. You'll address health hazards, enforce legislation, and provide community education while ensuring public safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement public health inspection protocols effectively • Perform health hazard assessments as needed • Investigate communicable diseases to prevent outbreaks • Dedicate time to health promotion and community engagement • Report on inspection findings and compliance levels
Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health essential • Current Class 5 driver's license needed • Certificate in Public Health Inspector (Canada) required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt and work independently
