We are currently looking for an experienced Elevator Mechanic to join our established client. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of proven experience in elevator installation, repair, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with safety codes throughout your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation and modernization of elevator systems
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems
• Conduct inspections for safety compliance
• Record all work performed and materials used
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly
Requirements:
• Valid EDMA/EDMT certification – Class A or T
• 4-5 years in elevator mechanics
• Graduation from an accredited apprenticeship program
• Strong understanding of blueprints and schematics
• Capable of working in confined spaces and at various heights
