Wajax is hiring for Front Line Business Systems Support to assist end-users with inquiries and issues in a timely manner, specializing in Infor M3 ERP. This role combines immediate support with formal training sessions.

You'll evaluate and prioritize user requests while ensuring productive operations via the IS Help Desk ticketing tool. Direct interaction with the users will be essential, coupled with collaboration with IS Analysts for advanced troubleshooting. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing our comprehensive training resources.

Key Responsibilities:



• Monitor and address business systems support inquiries • Provide training to users in both individual and group settings • Maintain and create user training and communication materials • Collaborate with the IS team for support solutions • Update the knowledgebase for enhanced user reference

Requirements: • College or University Diploma in IT or relevant field • 1-2 years of experience in user support for business systems • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office • Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
