Key Responsibilities:
• Develop clear learning objectives and instructional materials
• Assess and implement quality assurance policies
• Act as a quality assurance subject matter expert




• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Analyze audit findings to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in similar learning & development roles
• Background in adult learning principles and e-learning
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven experience with cutting-edge learning technologies
• Familiarity with video content creation is a plus
