Key Responsibilities:
• Identify departmental staffing needs and process actions • Maintain current casual and relief employment listings • Assist departments with casual applicant identification • Ensure data accuracy in HR information systems • Prepare statistical reports for management
Requirements: • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field • 2 years of office experience in HR or recruitment • Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems • Knowledge of Inuit culture and communities • Fluency in Nunavut's official languages is an asset
