Requirements: • Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, or related field • 3–7+ years in winery or CPG manufacturing environments • Solid understanding of process engineering principles • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI • Proven success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
