Become the Arena Operator at Trico Centre for Family Wellness, ensuring optimal facility operations while delivering essential maintenance services. This full time role features a range of responsibilities within a vibrant community setting.
As a vital member of our maintenance team, you will handle the daily operations of the arena and pool, including preventive maintenance of essential systems. This position involves assisting with programming activities, maintaining logs, and responding to any building emergencies. Expect to work on rotating 10-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily maintenance of HVAC and boiler systems
• Conduct plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as required




• Support setup for all facility functions and events
• Regularly inspect and maintain all facility areas
• Handle all equipment operations and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Fifth Class Power Engineering ticket mandatory
• 1-3 years experience in building operations
• General labour and maintenance background essential
• Certifications in Arena and Pool Operations required
• Capable of lifting heavy objects, up to 50lbs
