Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and facilitate check-ins
• Address member questions about fitness equipment
• Efficiently manage incoming calls and bookings
• Offer Fit-Fix Starters for enhanced member experience
• Execute cleaning tasks to maintain club standards
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Must complete Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in customer service and sales preferred
• Solid knowledge of fitness industry trends
