Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Store Leaders on merchandising and sales initiatives
• Develop and train Production Managers and personnel
• Manage financial targets, inventory shrink, and sales forecasts

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in retail leadership with budget management
