As a Senior SharePoint Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders to collect, define, and validate functional requirements for Power Platform solutions, ensuring project success.Design and build custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant components, automating key business processes.Seamlessly integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 products, especially SharePoint, to deliver a unified user experience.Develop SharePoint Online and M365 solutions utilizing an integrated, modern architecture approach.Design, develop, deploy, operate, and administer key SharePoint infrastructure and business solutions using leading‑edge practices and modern out‑of‑the‑box UI components.Maintain a strong understanding of emerging and up‑to‑date practices for both Power Platform and SharePoint.Create technical documentation and standards of practice for Power Platform solutions and architecture.Design and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions with effective SharePoint data lifecycle management, including deployment, decommissioning, and migration of inactive data.QualificationsPost‑secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or equivalent experience.3–6 years of hands‑on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Power Platform in a corporate or enterprise environment.1–2 years of strong experience working with SharePoint Online using Microsoft modern architecture.Solid understanding of governance, security, and best practices across Power Platform and SharePoint.Experience interacting with and integrating SharePoint’s up-to-date architecture with Power Platform solutions.Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000.Nice to haveExperience with Microsoft Copilot and Lite Agent integration within SharePoint.Completion of relevant Microsoft certifications (e.G., PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600).Experience using ShareGate to monitor and manage SharePoint at scale.Experience using SPFx to create custom SharePoint web parts or components.Experience creating one‑off or recurring scripts using PowerShell.We are an equal opportunity employer.
