• Assist the Occupational Health Services Group with administrative tasks • Manage and link medical documents confidentially in the system • Provide temporary coverage for the Clinic Coordinator • Prepare and maintain monthly health statistical reports • Coordinate logistics for meetings and respond to requests

Requirements: • High school diploma or GED is mandatory • Experience in office administration (2-5 years) • Training in medical terminology is an asset • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications • Robust attention to detail and confidentiality
