In this role, you will join the Fan Services team, dedicated to creating a memorable experience for suite fans during events. Your responsibilities will include monitoring guest access, handling service inquiries, and ensuring compliance with MLSE’s service standards. You will participate in events while liaising with other departments to guarantee exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome fans and ensure a friendly environment
• Address service inquiries with clarity and professionalism
• Control access to suites for all guests




• Assist during promotional activities and special events
• Work closely with maintenance and food services
Requirements:
• Required availability includes evenings and weekends
• Smart Serve Certificate is essential
• Previous VIP hospitality experience is valuable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and unforeseen events
