Key Responsibilities:
• Build respectful relationships with Indigenous Nations and partners • Advise on Indigenous engagement and consultation practices • Develop Indigenous engagement strategies and community benefits plans • Strengthen positioning with federal clients and agencies • Identify Indigenous Relations opportunities aligned with consulting services
Requirements: • Significant experience in Indigenous Relations or related fields • Proven ability to develop trusted relationships • Knowledge of Indigenous consultation and engagement practices • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills • Experience with federal agencies is an asset
