Catalis seeks a strategic Director of Quality Assurance to spearhead QA integration and innovation in Edmonton. Transform fragmented QA teams into a unified, efficient structure focused on quality.

In this executive role, you will lead the creation of a shared services QA organization that consolidates our five product verticals. You will design and implement a cohesive quality strategy while leveraging AI technologies to elevate our quality standards. This position is essential for understanding global QA practices, particularly with onsite leadership in India.

Key Responsibilities:



• Formulate QA shared services model in India • Establish explicit service-level agreements and governance models • Promote the adoption of emerging QA technologies and practices • Mentor offshore QA teams for enhanced collaboration • Integrate automated testing practices within CI/CD pipelines

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience • 10+ years in quality assurance including senior leadership • Experience with AI-led quality enhancement initiatives • Deep knowledge of test automation and accessibility standards • Strong skills in client engagement and cross-functional communication
