As a permanent member of our BASIN Glacial Waters team, you will play a crucial role in providing quality food and beverage experiences. This position requires 6 months of food and beverage experience, along with the Alberta ProServe Certificate. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and teamwork will enhance our guests' magical moments in this stunning setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take guest orders and tailor service to preferences
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking
• Engage guests and resolve any complaints




• Collaborate with the culinary team for quality assurance
• Maintain cleanliness in Food and Beverage areas
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta ProServe Certificate
• Minimum 6 months of food and beverage service
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays
