In this role, you will support Fit4Less' mission by maintaining cleanliness and educating members about gym amenities and services. Your effective communication skills will be essential in promoting a welcoming atmosphere and suggesting memberships. You will also uphold our commitment to safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute cleanliness tasks per established guidelines
• Greet members with positivity and helpfulness
• Assist with membership inquiries and management
• Promote available amenities and services effectively
• Report incidents using standard procedures
Requirements:
• High School diploma or pursuing completion
• One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Certifications in WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED
• Thrive under pressure and manage stress effectively
