Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Field Services Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company in the Pulp and Paper industry. This position is based in Richmond, British Columbia and On site 5 days a week.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert recommendations and support for IT services and systems across assigned departments and/or facilities, aligning with both corporate and local business objectives. You will deliver on-site technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues.

As the sole IT lead in office, you will serve as the key liaison between the corporate IT team and the Mill, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of IT initiatives.
