As a Senior Surgical Technologist, you will assist in preoperative and postoperative tasks while ensuring a sterile environment. This position offers a full time schedule with three 12-hour shifts, including two weekend shifts, for added flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
• Assist in surgeries by handing instruments and retracting
• Maintain aseptic techniques and manage disposal of sharps




• Participate in training and mentorship of new staff
• Oversee room readiness and turnover post-surgery
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must hold a BLS certification
• Experience as a surgical technologist is preferred
