In this role with UBC’s Student Housing and Community Services, the Assignment Coordinator will oversee the coordination of residence offers and housing assignments. Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the residence assignment workflow and processes • Collaborate with the Centre for Accessibility for priority housing • Analyze occupancy statistics and implement optimal solutions • Address student inquiries regarding admissions and housing • Ensure accurate communication of policies and procedures

Requirements: • High School graduation with a relevant post-secondary diploma • Minimum 4 years of related experience • Effective verbal and written communication abilities • Experience in student service environments preferred • Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
