We are seeking a self-disciplined individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. The chosen applicant will be required to join and begin their duties as soon as possible. The open positions are for Seasonal employment or a full-time job. The shift schedule encompasses shift times which include Day and Weekend.

- The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
- The candidate will be responsible for the weeding.
- The candidate must harvest crops.
- The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- The candidate must follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover crops.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
- Farm operations include both organic and corn farming.




- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
- The candidate must be able to work in dusty, hot, and wet/damp conditions.
- The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.

Work setting

- The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
- The candidate should work in a staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
