WSP is looking for a strategic leader to head its Geotechnical Engineering division across Ontario. This pivotal role involves developing and executing a long-term vision for technical performance and business growth. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery while strengthening client relationships across a variety of essential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the strategic framework for geotechnical engineering practice • Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers • Enhance client relationships and support major pursuits • Manage financial performance and operational discipline • Encourage the advancement of geotechnical methodologies and technologies
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario • Minimum 15 years in geotechnical consulting environments • Demonstrated success in business development • Comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario market
