Someone who sees what needs to happen, develops a plan, follows through and cares about the outcome.The successful candidate will initially work across two important areas of K2K: Operations and Resource Development.As the role develops, there is opportunity for increased leadership and ownership based on the individual's strengths and the evolving needs of the organization.What You'll DoOperationsHelp lead the systems and processes that keep K2K running effectivelySupport and eventually oversee registration systems and processesSupport family operational communicationsManage and improve administrative workflowsBuild, document and maintain SOPsHelp ensure organizational systems are accurate, efficient and currentCoordinate calendars, deadlines and recurring organizational processesWork confidently across technology platforms including CampBrain, Asana, ActiveCampaign,
