Your responsibilities entail conducting clinical assessments, updating care plans, and ensuring medication administration compliance. You will be a key member of the team dedicated to delivering high-quality services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document resident needs and care plans
• Implement effective nursing interventions for resident care
• Administer medications following safety protocols




• Coordinate care conferences and manage care assignments
• Educate residents and families on care best practices
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse license in the applicable province
• Preferred experience with unregulated care providers
• Excellent time management and customer focus capabilities
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support required
• Current Vulnerable Sector Screening within 6 months
