Take charge of community engagement and internal communications at Fidelity Canada as the Communications and Community Affairs Manager on a flexible hybrid schedule.

Your expertise will drive the Employee and Community Affairs team in executing high-impact communications that enhance employer branding and foster a positive employee experience. Working closely with leadership, you will strategize messaging for key initiatives and events, as well as manage employee awards programs that recognize contributions and build morale.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop comprehensive internal communication strategies • Drive improvements in intranet governance and content • Oversee top employer awards in partnership with HR • Organize exceptional employee experiences and events • Lead external communications and media outreach efforts

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or similar • 5+ years of relevant communications experience • Strong leadership and cooperative skills • Expertise in both internal and external communications • Proven project management capabilities
