This role sits within the Commercial Banking technology team and will focus on delivering fast-paced, customer-facing digital and payments projects.This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility portfolio, supporting multiple concurrent initiatives including platform enhancements, cross-border rollouts, and new product features for business banking clients.What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology initiatives within the OBB portfolioManage parallel workstreams across 4–5+ cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, architecture)Drive delivery in a fast-paced, Agile/Waterfall hybrid environment with frequent releases and tight timelinesPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and executionProactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalation points before they impact deliverySupport initiatives related to payments, reporting, and digital banking platform enhancementsContribute to F26 planning,
