Wilco Contractors Northwest Inc. is seeking a Gradesperson to interpret blueprints and ensure grade accuracy on civil construction projects. You will work with Operators and Foreman to achieve exact elevations and feature layouts.

The role requires 3–5 years in civil construction with a focus on grade checking and a solid understanding of grading procedures. A valid driver’s license and ability to work onsite are essential.
