You'll also support various store sections as the business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with buying decisions, identifying their needs
• Promote Bass Pro Shops programs and sales
• Maintain high visual presentation and cleanliness




• Solve customer issues using logic and good judgment
• Share knowledge on outdoor trends and gear
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in retail or service
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to deliver superior customer service
• Robust problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
• Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle products preferred
