Furlani Foods manufactures and distributes specialty topped bread products across North America, operating bakeries in Wisconsin, Iowa and Ontario.About the RoleWe are seeking a Retail Branded Sales Associate for a12‑month parental leave contractwho will play a key role in supporting and contributing to the ongoing efforts to grow and maximize the Retail Brand at Furlani Foods. This position serves as a critical conduit between Sales, Customers and cross‑functional internal teams, ensuring the accurate flow of information and data related to promotions, pricing and programs. The role will also act as a backup for the Private Label Sales Associate.Key Metrics:Timely communication of key information to Sales and internal teams, and accuracy of tracked data (pricing systems, program sheets, promotions, etc.).ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain branded promotional trackers, listing forms and deal sheets across the U.S. and Canada (Retail and Food Service)Assist with current customer setup formsMaintain and upload accurate SKU information to trading partner portals and retailer websites (GS1 Canada, 1WorldSync, Retail Link, AWF, Precima)Fulfill Sales team requests for product specifications and related informationOwn sales program sheets, customer information, price lists and contract records in QAD (ERP),



including investigation and resolution of related issuesLiaise with cross‑functional teams to ensure sales‑related tasks are delivered on time and within budgetAccess retailer portals and extract relevant dataSupport Sales commercialization initiatives and act as an internal voice for the Sales team and key contact to other internal resourcesServe as the point person to gather trade promotions from the Sales team and input them into the ERP systemInvestigate claims and deductions identified by Finance and support resolution with cross‑functional teamsApprove cheque requests related to customer promotional costsKnowledge & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a related role within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industryStrong Excel skills, including advanced functionsExperience working with ERP systems (QAD preferred)Familiarity with retailer portals and data systemsClaims and deductions clearance experience is an asset but not requiredEducationPost secondary degree/diploma in a business program or equivalentRequired SkillsSelf‑starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesDemonstrated problem‑solving and issue‑resolution capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnically oriented with the ability to quickly learn new systemsResourceful, detail‑oriented, and resilient in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to manage changing priorities effectivelySalary Range$65K – $72K CAD annually#J-18808-Ljbffr
