In this crucial role, you will work alongside various professionals to deliver behavioral support tailored to individual residents. Your commitment to fostering psycho-social recovery will help in enhancing the overall well-being and community re-integration of those you serve. Building rapport is key as you facilitate residents' social skills and problem-solving competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to support resident needs • Promote residents' stability and psycho-social recovery • Enable social integration through rapport building • Identify and report any harmful behaviors promptly • Maintain a supportive, resident-focused setting
Requirements: • Diploma/certificate in relevant health studies • 2+ years’ experience in a mental health context • Proficiency in non-violent crisis intervention • Excellent observation and response skills • CPR and First Aid certification required
