In this leadership position within our Club Division, you will spearhead design initiatives that focus on women’s sportswear. Your responsibility will span from project ideation to final production, ensuring projects align with market trends and buyer expectations. Mentoring junior designers will also play a crucial part in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multifaceted design processes across product lines
• Manage complex projects with attention to detail
• Provide strategic design presentations to stakeholders




• Supervise and mentor junior design team members

Requirements:
• 5 - 10+ years of women's apparel design experience
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and PLM
• Deep understanding of fabric and garment construction
• Strong trend forecasting and analysis skills
• Highly organized with effective communication abilities
