The Family Centre seeks a passionate Success Coach for a 0.80 FTE position dedicated to children and youth. You will develop individualized goals, engage with caregivers, and create engaging group activities. The role requires a commitment to trauma-informed care, ensuring that you nurture connections and support youth in seeing their potential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work one-on-one with students to strengthen support systems
• Involve caregivers in the developmental process of youth
• Design and implement engaging group programming
• Help youth build a strong cultural identity
• Organize healthy activities for youth during summer
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Human Services or related discipline
• Strong communication and caseload management abilities
• Background in diverse populations preferred
• Reliable vehicle for travel; valid driver's license needed
• Willingness to undertake required training
