Become a key accounting support member for TURBINE-X’s U.S. operations from Canada. This role focuses on Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring financial accuracy and timeliness throughout.
As an Accounting Associate, you will manage vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end accruals and reporting. Your detail-oriented approach will help streamline financial operations while collaborating with Finance and Operations teams across borders and currencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and coordinate U.S. vendor payments accurately
• Review and match vendor invoices to purchase orders
• Conduct regular vendor and AP reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and accrual preparation
• Maintain organized financial records for audits
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Robust proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of ERP or accounting systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
